Hamamatsu Photonics has introduced new compact 5W xenon flash lamp modules capable of producing twice the peak output of current module, thanks to a proprietary power supply design. The new L11316 and L11317 series features a high output stability and long lifetime, with an overall volume that is 1.75 times that of the current modules. The new module’s application areas would be in semiconductor inspection, analytical chemistry, medical diagnostics as well as environmental monitoring. The new L11316 and L11317 series will be available as of September 1st, 2010.
