Tamrona announced the release of full size premium telephoto zoom lens in pursuit of high resolution images in the telephoto lens category. The new 70-300mm F/4-5.6 telephoto lens offers image stabilization VC (Vibration Compensation) as well as an ultrasonic auto-focus drive USD (Ultrasonic Silent Drive). The new high resolution DSLR telephoto lens has been manufactured for fit the NIKON mount, with production of compatible mount for Canon and Sony to follow.Although the new lens has been designed to fit the DSLR cameras, it can also be used with both full-frame sensor and AF 35 mm cameras with zoom range of 70-300 mm or with APS-C sensor cameras with the angle view that will change the zoom rang to 109-465 mm. The extra low dispersion lens is made from specialized high-grade glass possessing lower dispersion properties than standard LD lenses.
